Wind-Down Rituals: Yoga, Stretching and a Warm Herbal Cup

An evening routine for people who like gentle movement, ending with a naturally caffeine-free cup.

A yoga mat, a bottle of tea and a Pavansudha pouch

Many of us finish the day with a stretch, a few sun salutations or a slow walk. Adding a warm cup afterwards gives the routine a clear, gentle ending.

A simple twenty-minute evening

  • Five minutes of gentle movement. Stretch your neck, shoulders and back, or move through a few slow yoga poses.
  • Five minutes of stillness. Sit or lie down. Breathe slowly.
  • Five minutes of brewing. Pour the water, let the leaves steep and take in the aroma.
  • Five minutes of sipping. Drink slowly, with the lights low.

Why caffeine-free?

Many people prefer to leave caffeine behind in the evening. Pavansudha is naturally caffeine-free, with no tea leaf in the blend, so it fits into this kind of routine without extra thought.

Keep it yours

This is not a prescription. Skip the stretching if you like, or skip the sitting. The only rule is that it should feel good and be easy to repeat.

Let the day end on a kind note.
